Customer Services is also available in the registration area for any queries you may have.

Upon registering you will be asked to confirm you have read the Race Rules and that you will abide by all the Race Rules. Once registered you will be given your race bib which is to be worn on the outside of any clothing. Please complete the medical information on the reverse of your running number. Any competitor aged 15-17 will need to have a parent or guardian with them for registration.

Baggage, toilet and water facilities

We are strongly advising you to come ready to race with limited belongings, however we know that sometimes this is not possible so we will be offering limited baggage handling. This will be located on site with directions on the day. If you need to use the facility, then please use the baggage label attached to your race bib and attach to your bag, leaving your bag at the baggage location. Baggage is left entirely at your own risk and we strongly advise you do not leave valuables and try to minimise items you bring on the day. Once baggage is deposited it will not be accessed again until after the race.

There are no shower facilities on site. Come ready to run and be as self-sufficient as possible. Temporary toilet facilities are available on site at HQ and two will be positioned near the start line in Greystones. Please respect our community and use these facilities where needed. Please ensure you use the toilet in good time to be able to get the start. There are no undercover areas for runners so please dress for the weather conditions.

We have a mobile water refill unit positioned at the entrance to Race HQ, courtesy of Chris Nielsen.

PLEASE NOTE – The Bromham Pudding Run has discontinued the use of bottled water and cups this year in order to greatly reduce our environmental impact. All runners are strongly encouraged to bring their own reusable cup / bottle / hydration vest in order to help support this important change.

Water will remain available at 5km and at the finish line, where marshals will be supplied with jugs. We have a very limited amount of cups left over from last year which we will have available for use in emergencies, but we will not be replenishing this stock.

We greatly appreciate your support in helping us make this move away from unnecessary waste.

Race briefing and information

The race briefing will take place at the start line in Greystones (SN15 2JT) at 10.45 for a prompt race start at 11.00. The race will not be delayed due to late arrivals. There will be a brief warm up at the start line from 10.50 kindly delivered by Mel from MH Studios Private Fitness and Wellbeing, based in Bromham. On the start line please give each other lots of space, you will be asked to spread out. You are race chipped, so the clock doesn’t start until you cross the start line.

The route to the start is sign posted from Race HQ. Please remember the weather may be cold, icy or wet, please take care. Runners are reminded this race is on open roads and you are advised to wear high visibility clothing. Please make sure your race number is firmly attached to the front of your clothing and fully visible at the end of the race and that medical details have been completed on the back of the bib.

Once you cross the finish line, please stay in your order until leaving the finish funnel. You will be directed where to collect your medal, water and puddings. Once the race is complete, we will present the trophies as runners finish and when a result is known.

The race is chip timed by our amazing friends at DB Max. We thank them for their continued support.

If you have to drop out of the race, please inform the nearest marshal on course or race officials at Race HQ so we don’t send out teams to find you. You must be medically fit to complete the race, for race preparation please seek guidance, local running clubs will always give you good advice.

The Bromham 10k Pudding Run 2023 is an open inclusive event and no competitor is excluded. Any athletes with disabilities that require any special measures or assistance contact the race team in advance. We will do everything we can to assist you.
